II Space Mining Conference

The Second Conference of Space Mining in Cracow is successor to the last year event – Student’s Conference of Space Mining in Cracow. It is an event dedicated to subjects related to space mining and it’s geological aspect, engineering of devices, vehicles and machinery related to it, and also legal and economical problems related to off-world mining of resources. The conference will host specialists and enthusiasts of cosmos, who will speak about possibilities, dangers and difficulties that we need to face to acquire resources from the space.
Conference will take place at U2 building of AGH UST.

Conference sections

The Conference is divided into three sections: Engineering – concentrated on technological aspects of mining, such as transportation, and machinery needed for excavation, Minning and Geology – determining the quality of resources and locating potential mining sites and Economy – dedicated to legal and economical problems, like ownership of off-world real estate and impact on global market.
